Leeds is the UK’s Number 1 Investment City
JLL have named Leeds as the top performing city in the entire UK for both house price AND rental growth over the next few years. Low prices and a ‘fundamental lack of new development’ means house prices and rental incomes are projected to rise an impressive 17.1%. That puts Leeds way ahead of its northern rivals and way ahead of London and the South East.
